IT emergency hotline
For emergencies outside of opening hours, please send an SMS to +41 79 807 07 79 (no calls possible). At weekends, the response time is max. 3 hours.
The following issues are considered emergencies:
no login possible, or email system, Crossnet, Crossbox, telephone unavailable
User questions are not answered by the emergency hotline. Below you will find instructions so that you can solve your issue yourself.
What to do if Citrix and email links are not working
